Flanagan Partners is pleased to announce that Thomas M. Flanagan and Harold J. Flanagan will participate at the New Orleans Bar Association’s Bench Bar Conference in Gulf Shores, Alabama on March 22-24, 2024.
Thomas will moderate a presentation entitled, “Catch a Wave”: Riding the Waves of Civil Procedure.” The panel will explore the similarities and differences between litigating in state and federal court, including recent procedural changes.
Harold will speak on a panel entitled, “(Sittin' On) the Dock of the Bay” Thinking About Insurance Law: Recent Developments and Trends.”
