Experience Summary
Mr. Zerner's interests are in commercial litigation, intellectual property, and civil appeals. Mr. Zerner received his undergraduate degree, with honors, from Harvard University. He received his law degree from Tulane University Law School, where he served as an Articles Editor on the Tulane Law Review and graduated summa cum laude. Mr. Zerner performed oral argument before the United States Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit while working for the Civil Law Clinic. His interest in civil appeals developed while interning for the Honorable James L. Dennis of the United States Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit. Admitted to the prestigious SLIP program, Mr. Zerner worked for the Commercial Litigation Division of the United States Department of Justice in Washington, D.C. Beyond the law, Mr. Zerner was raised bilingual, spent half his youth in France, and worked for several years as a touring musician.
